Policies

  1. Impression Standards Policy:
    • Accurate dental impressions are required for all dental prostheses/appliances.
    • If impressions are deemed inadequate or below DDLA standards, the client will be contacted and advised accordingly.
    • Moving forward with a case against recommendations assumes the risk of inadequate fit or poor results, with any additional prostheses incurring their own cost.
  2. Rush Order Policy:
    • Rush orders are accommodated upon request with a rush fee starting at $75.
  3. Payment Policy:
    • Payment for services rendered is required.
    • Accepted payment methods include cash, check, or credit card.
    • Invoices are due by the 10th of the following month.
    • Invoices unpaid beyond 30 days will incur a 3% late fee.
    • Accounts unpaid after 60 days will be placed on hold, with future work requiring cash on delivery (C.O.D.).
  4. Lab Agreement Policy:
    • Design Dental Lab Arts agrees to complete dental lab work within the specified timeframe, subject to variations based on case complexity.
    • A $500 retainer is required upon the start of the agreement, held in the DDLA checking account.
    • The preferred payment method for lab work is by check.
    • Credit card information must be provided, with a 3% increase on lab bills paid via credit card after the 10th of the month.
    • Unpaid lab bills will result in a hold on lab work until payment is made in full.

These policies aim to ensure the best outcome for clients and maintain a respectful relationship between Design Dental Lab Arts and its clients.
